The compact ball with weight filling fits in every palm and is offered with different weights. Depending on the weight, the diameter varies from 7 cm (500g and 1000g) to 9.5 cm (2000g and 2500g). The Ruton material is odorless, latex-free and very resilient (up to 200kg).The muscles in the arm, shoulder and chest areas are built up and strengthened. The wrists are spared during strength training. Due to the soft design, there is hardly any risk of injury even when dropped and the floor is also protected.
