How should you feel in each Myzone zone?

How to Maintain the Right Heart Rate Zone During Your Workout
Struggling to stay in the right heart rate zone during your workout? This mini guide will help you understand exactly how you should be feeling in each heart rate zone, so you can adjust the intensity—either increasing or decreasing it—just when you need to.
Light Gray Zone (0–49% of maximum heart rate) 🤍
This is the resting zone. In this zone, the workout is light and pleasant, allowing you to maintain activity for up to 60–120 minutes without significant fatigue. Although the load is moderate, it provides small physical benefits.
You won’t earn MEP points in this zone as the physical exertion is minimal (0 MEPs per minute).
Gray Zone (50–59% of maximum heart rate) 🩶
Workouts in this zone are comfortable and easy. You can maintain this intensity for 60–120 minutes without fatigue, helping you keep up your physical activity for long periods.
In this zone, you earn 1 MEP point per minute.
Blue Zone (60–69% of maximum heart rate) 💙
In this zone, you begin to feel slight breathlessness, but you can still sing a song or easily say 3–4 sentences. Your muscles are warmed up, and light sweating begins.
The load is moderate, and you earn 2 MEP points per minute.
Green Zone (70–79% of maximum heart rate) 💚
In this zone, your breathing becomes quicker, but you can still speak a sentence with at least 4 words. You may feel a slight burning sensation in your muscles due to the accumulation of metabolic byproducts. You can maintain this intensity for about 20–60 minutes.
For each minute spent in this zone, you earn 3 MEP points.
Yellow Zone (80–89% of maximum heart rate) 💛
This zone is a serious challenge! Your breathing becomes more difficult, and it’s hard to say more than 2–4 words in a row. Metabolic byproducts accumulate in your muscles, causing a burning sensation. To maintain this intensity, extra focus is needed.
In this zone, you earn 4 MEP points per minute.
Red Zone (90–100% of maximum heart rate) ❤️
Here, you reach the limits of your capabilities! This is maximum intensity, and it can only be sustained for a short period of time. Metabolic byproducts build up quickly in your muscles, causing fatigue and making it harder to continue.
For every minute in this zone, you earn 4 MEP points.
